- A score (probability × impact) per risk, ranked and banded low/medium/high/critical, placed in a 5×5 matrix, plus a JSON and Markdown export.
Deterministic — no model call, no network. Pure function, not a probabilistic rater; the T1–T3 reliability-tier doctrine does not apply.
Will not
- Identify risks for you — you supply the register.
- Guarantee the band thresholds are the right ones for your context — low/medium/high/critical at 5/10/16 is one convention among several in the literature.
- Weight risks by detectability or velocity, only by probability × impact.
