RACI matrix
Assign Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed per task × role, with a real validator — not just a grid.
- Takes
- A list of tasks, a list of roles, and R/A/C/I assigned per task × role cell.
- Returns
- Per-task validation (exactly one Accountable, at least one Responsible, no unassigned tasks) and per-role warnings (a role Consulted on everything), with errors shown against the offending cell.
Deterministic — no model call, no network. Pure function, not a probabilistic rater; the T1–T3 reliability-tier doctrine does not apply.
Will not
- Tell you who SHOULD hold each letter — only whether the matrix you built is internally consistent.
- Detect whether the right person holds the Accountable seat — only that exactly one role does.
- Infer missing tasks or roles — you define the full set.
