Risk strategy tool
A risk strategy tool records, for each of a project's top-scoring risks, a chosen response strategy — avoid, mitigate, transfer, or accept — and the person who owns it.
It's the response-planning companion to the probability and impact matrix: where the matrix identifies and scores risks, the strategy tool commits to what will actually be done about the ones that scored high enough to matter. The four canonical response strategies from the project-management corpus are avoid (change the plan to eliminate the risk entirely), mitigate (reduce its probability or impact), transfer (shift the consequence elsewhere, such as through insurance or a contract clause), and accept (consciously decide to bear the risk if a response would cost more than the risk itself). Kanbai's version, drawn from the 17-book project-management corpus (PMBOK and Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager), carries forward the top risks from the matrix and records the chosen strategy and owner per risk. It's one of Kanbai's seven corpus-grounded instruments, fillable per-project or standalone with no account, exporting as Markdown either way.
